A group of Young Enterprise students went to the Ealing Trade fair last Sunday to sell their products.
The group pitched a stand outside the Broadway shopping mall from 10am to 5pm and were extremely enthusiastic and motivated all day. They sold their home-made slime and charm choker jewellery to the public, despite the cold and rain, with the products being so popular they ran out of stock!
The next stage of their business is to develop their slime product to create a Slime-Bar and sell at other trade fairs, in preparation for the first round of the Young Enterprise competition in March.
To top the day they had a visit from the Lord Mayor of Ealing who was so impressed with the team that she even bought a bracelet and charms from them. She also commented on their excellent communication skills and professionalism.
