    Choose your route

    Year 7, Sixth Form and in-year admissions each have different CRP forms.

  2. 02

    Collect points for Certificate of Religious Practice

    Complete the Certificate of Religious Practice documentation and save it in a pdf format ready for submission.

  3. 03

    Submit the Online admissions form

    Submit the relevant JFS admissions application form or supplementary information form for your entry route and submit the CRP along with it in a PDF format.
