Admissions Information
The admissions arrangements for September 2027 are below. We have endeavoured to simply the admissions procedures for all applicants and the answers to all of your questions should hopeful be found below.
Year 7 Admissions 2027|28
Please note that all applicants must complete:
-
The e-Admissions application through the local council in which they reside;
-
The JFS Year 7 Supplementary Information Form (SIF); and
-
The JFS Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP)
For guidance on how to obtain CRP points, please refer to the documentation provided by the United Synagogue and the Office of the Chief Rabbi.
Once completed, the Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP) should be uploaded as part of your online JFS Year 7 Supplementary Information Form.
The deadline for submitting the Year 7 Transfer application to both JFS and your local authority is 31st October 2026.
Sixth Form External Admissions

JFS welcomes applications from students wishing to transfer to the JFS Sixth Form.
As part of your application, you will be required to complete the Sixth Form Online Application form as well as the Year 12 Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP).
The Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP) should be added to the online application form once they have been completed. The deadline to submit the application and CRP is 22nd January 2026. All applications submitted post this date will be treated as a late application and will be processed in September.
Applicants who are able to submit a completed Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP) with their application, will be given priority above those who do not submit a CRP.
Certificate of Religious Practice
As a Jewish school, priority is given to those students of a Jewish faith. In conjunction with the United Synagogue, applicants are required to complete a Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP). Detailed information on both the requirements and collection of points is available here.
