Summer 2026 Public Examinations
GCSE, Vocational and A-level written examinations will run from 7th May to 24th June 2026

Summer 2026 Contingency Day
Contingency dates have been arranged by the awarding bodies, which all candidates need to be aware of. In the event of sustained national or significant local disruption to examinations during the June 2026 examination series, affected examinations will be rescheduled and all candidates will be expected to make themselves available.

​The Contingency Date for Summer 2026 is 24th June 2026 (all day).
​
Internal Examinations
Year 11 Mock examinations will take place from 8th December to 18th December 2025
Year 13 Mock examinations will take place from 5th January to 16th January 2026
Year 12 UCAS examinations will take place from 15th June to 26th June 2026 (subject to change)
Year 10 Mock examinations will take place from 22nd June to 3rd July 2026 (subject to change)
Non-Examination Assessment Information
Release of Results
A-level results will be released on 13th August 2026
GCSE results will be released on 20th August 2026
Results will be sent to candidates' school email addresses from 8:00 am on the above dates
